I wanted a compact seat that didn't have sides - this was one of only a couple options out there that looked like it belonged in a salt water boat and didn't have an integrated "cup" to it or armrests.Quality is good. Looks good. Is comfortable. I see no issue with it.Only thing I wasn't really happy about, and you aren't going to find it much cheaper elsewhere or anything, this particular model is a good bit more expensive than other models Wise makes which have armrests and more features to them. Really it ought to be less expensive, if anything, compared to a more featured model, however it is what I needed and will work just great.

the seat is ok...but pretty cheaply put together and sits very low when installed. It will serve the purpose but not the best quality chair.
