I bought this on open box, and I know why it was returned...The holes are undersized badly so much so that even after cleaning out the paint & using a bare pin this thing is china trash and not working.I had a drill bit big enough to step it up to the next size, but most people won't.$17 is too much unless you have the tools to fix it.At least he box was nice...

Will buy another one of these. Seems to be made of quality steel. Use to pull a couple of rigs out of the mud and to yank some logs. I will keep this in the back of my truck for emergency recovery.

The hitch pin doesn't fit the holes. I had to drill it out to 5/8" to let the hitch pin slide through.I have a drill press so all is good.
