I got these to replace the factory cable on a Sennheiser HD590, which no one makes a replacement cable for. Took a chance that this might fit, since the jack is the same size on the headphone. Got another version of this cable that fits better, but this cable still works ok, if a little too loose, because of the narrowness of the jack on the headphone end.I actually wasn't expecting to hear much of a difference, or wasn't sure if my older ears were going to be able to pick out the differences. I was wrong about that. The cable just seemed to enhance everything, bass was stronger, mids and highs seemed more well defined with more clarity. It might be just the length, the factory cable is really long, and this is short by comparison, but don't think it's just that.Build quality is good, no complaints.

I ordered this to daisy chain some speakers for a party using a combination of this and a couple wireless audio transmitters and this cable provided a clean sound, no hissing, crackling or interference of any kind experience. I definately recommend and will be using for the next parties we have.

I really like that they use the wires themselves to make the braid. It looks cool, moves nicely, and still sounds really clear. I cannot really describe how cool this cable is. It feels nearly like a gold jewelry chain in how it moves. It is not stiff at all and flows really well. It even comes with a quick-release clothes clip that can be useful for keeping the cable off to the side.

This is a 3.5 to 1.22 m-m jack so make sure it's going to fit the plugs you need. The materials are good and the clip to hold the cable is a nice addition.
