Extremely happy with the cat tree. The first one I ordered had a bit of a flaw where the screw and the entry hole didn't line up. I put a return in and a new tree showed up within 2 days. Absolutely no problem with the return. UPS came to my house to pick it up for free.Assembly was easy and took less than an hour. I had to deal with the cats playing with the pieces so it could have taken less time. The red bed pillow would need to be attached with your own velcro but that is just a nothing detail for me. My demons love it. Belladona la Reina de la Muerte gives it 5 claws up. Her shy sister, Nighthade, likes to site on the cobwebs.Sturdy, as described, GREAT customer service

I put this together about 10 minutes ago. Turned around for a minute and my kittens broke it the first time they were on it. The back of the top portion is nailed together with small nails or maybe just a staple. One small push and it was pushed back and flat. My cats are 7 lbs and they managed to push it one time to the point it’s broken. Going to have to find a way to fix it but for now I’m removing it because one of my cats loves to lick metal and it’s unsafe. Bummer :(

I got this because of the ladder/stairs, hoping it would help my 20 year old cat navigate without having to jump too much. It looks fantastic, the carpet is soft, the cat loves scratching on the sisal rope, but the proportions are a little difficult. Either the spiderweb platforms are too small or the top bed is too big, because the platforms don't come out enough to make for an easy jump onto the bed. Even my younger, more active cat has to do a weird shimmy to get up there.One thing that I do like is that the toys have a breakaway joint halfway up the string. Both my cats like to pull and one likes to eat string, so I'm very glad that this cat tree has this kind of safety feature.

I love it. My cat loves it. It was easy to put together. I did see a couple reviews mention the back part of perch sort of separating and exposing the sharp metal. Mine also does that, but it’s not that bad and I’ll try to reinforce it somehow.

The quality on this item is spectacular, it is durable, and as long as you screw the screws in tightly it is as sturdy as can be. Everything came perfect, nothing broken, and my cat loves it! He is a big 15 pounder, and it fits him absolutely perfect. The material used is soft, fluffy, and the scratching post is great quality as well. The color is vibrant, pops out, and matches my goth house vibe. I feel as if this product is underpriced at $110, definitely would spend $150/$200 on this if need be for how well it is! Don’t listen to the one review that says the size is small, i am 6 foot tall and this comes up to my ribs! The fact that this tower comes with bat wings for the cat is awesome. Also, it comes with a super cool scroll that is gothic and states the “cat royal rules” on it. It was a great cute addition and shows how much effort this company puts into their product! 10/10!!
