Für die Grundausstattung unserer Kinder. Versuche ihnen beizubringen, dass man manche Dinge im Leben nur einmal kaufen muss - wenn man das Richtige nimmt. Das Ding ist kompakt, vielseitig, solide - Knipex halt. Zangen kaufen könnte zu einem neuen Fetisch werden.

The usual Knipex brand-leading quality, plus added bonus assymetric jaw grip capability. Only the Japanese Engineer brand comes close.

These (08 25 145) with the thick grip fit my hand better than the 08 21 145 with the thin grip. I also prefer the chrome finish. Thick grip feels a little more “leatherman” like and easier to use one handed.Mainly writing this review because of another review that shows the pliers arriving with rust on them. They all arrive like that, it’s not rust, just oil. Perfectly normal. It’s just more visible with the chrome finish. Wipe off the oil, will reappear the first few times you use them. Well oiled from the factory is a good thing.Edit: added pics for size comparison. Victorinox Spirit and Leatherman Curl.
