Works great. I haven't pushed it to the 2A limit, but for my application, it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Ordered this to go along with a strand of LEDs that required a 24V 2A AC to DC adapter, but the one I received was completely defective, so I ended up returning and ordering a different brand (SHNITPWR).I noticed there was a loose piece of something rattling around inside the adapter as soon as I opened the box, but I figured I'd try it out anyway. My LED strand was supposed to stay solidly lit, but instead started flashing.My husband happens to have a multimeter, so out of curiosity, we tested the adapter to see just how messed up it was. Turns out it was giving out 3V instead of 24V and AC instead of DC.

I was trying to use this power supply for an auxiliary component for my amateur radio station but it failed miserably because it generates so much RF energy that it blanks my hf receiver. It’s hard to imagine that it really ever passed the CE requirements that are stamped on the plug. Can’t send it back because I clipped the power lead and soldered it directly. It is very possible to design a switching power supply that is FR quiet so I will look for a better design.
