Supposed to be white with pale blue accent as in photos. Actually is strangely iridescent with tinges of orange and yellow at certain angles of lighting. Low quality glaze with lots of areas where glaze is missing. Returning it all.

I am SUPER impressed with these faux stone tiles from Mijaro. I actually forgot they were ceramic because they look so good.Whoever did the product photos for this ceramic stone did NOT do themselves any favors with their poorly photoshopped product photos. These tiles have far more variation in real life. Somebody just did a copy paste over and over on the product photos which leaves me seeing a grid pattern and that is not how these tiles look at all. If I didn't know they weren't actual stones, I wouldn't know, ya know?I got these tiles to put in an outdoor sculptural wall mosaic I am currently in the process of making. I love these so much I am going to find a place to put more of them where I can actually walk on them (they would definitely feel nice in a shower) even if it's just to make a stone "rug".Now look, the stone style option is very expensive per square foot so I probably wouldn't plan to do an enormous floor/wall out of these. However, I would definitely plan these in to the design. I have recently remodeled most of my home (leaving me the opportunity to use these indoors too in the last part I have to do - yay!) and looked at a lot of stone made out of ceramic. These stone tiles are better and more convincingly natural looking than 95% of what I looked at. And, as I found, ceramic stone is more expensive than natural stone. The price of these is about in line with what I looked at.

I do like tile, and originally thought of using it as a covering for my fireplace. One box has four squares, which are about a foot each. Definitely not enough for the job. Decided to use it for a small backsplash area instead. This will need to be grouted. While it is a pretty stone, it’s not as white as the picture, more of a an eggshell.

The only thing I would change is I would have loved to have solid white. I really hate how we can't buy any decent flooring tiles that aren't nature knock-offs. Everything has to bee wood grain or stone grain. I just want solid colors. Sigh. That said, I love love love how this looks. It was *supposed* to be a backsplash in the back bathroom. But I like it so much, I've changed my mind. I'm going to use it as an entry to the shower. My stone tile is a bit less white, more like beige stone (ugh), so...idk. I may have to just replace it all with this stuff. I just love the pebble element. I suppose I've seen people use this on floors before, but I've never paid that much attention or contemplated the idea myself. Now I just think it's so....bathroom idyllic. Turn your shower into something a little more like a beach? That's my train of thought. These are a great weight, well made - and I don't have to go to Lowe's and buy the adhesive strip mat - it's already on! Just grout and go! I love it!
