But after years trying to find an set of salt & pepper shakers to fit an old family holder was nice! They were an match.

.These salt and pepper shakers remind me of those found in diners years ago. The ridges along the edge of the glass helps keep the shaker from slipping out of your hand. They are a perfect size to use at a large gathering so that you don't have to waste a lot of the salt or pepper when clearing tables. You can just put them away until next use. Each lid comes with 15 holes, which are the perfect size for shaking out salt or pepper. However, one of the lids appears to have an issue with closing. The screw on cap keeps turning and turning without actually screwing down tightly. Other than that, they all work fine.
