Part is an exact replacement for Ford OEM part number 7L1Z-8115-A. Amazon fitment said it was not a fit for my vehicle. It appeared identical to the one I had so I took a chance. The OEM plug is over $20. Hopefully this helps someone else. Purchased this for my 2010 Ford F-150 4.6 V8. As many have found out the plastic on the plug fuses to the plastic tank on the radiator resulting in the knob snapping off when trying to loosen the plug to drain the coolant. I found it was easier to remove the piece that’s stuck in the radiator with an EZ-out threaded into the center. Once that’s removed apply some silicone grease to the O-rings and also to the inside face of the plug where it seats on the radiator. As shown in photos I also added a thin metal washer to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Poor design in my opinion. Replacement plug is identical to the original one and a perfect fit. Hope this review was helpful.
