I bought a BLACK set of these. Around 10% were unusable, because their coating was rough, rather than a smooth enamelled finish of the other pins in the box - so I'd recommend chosing ones that haven't been enamelled.However, I only need 600 - so I'll have enough. The heads/clips were loose, or missing, on around 1% of the pins. I've not used them to pin two pieces of fabric together, so I don't know how well they'd function under tension.I bought them, so I could clip individual skiens of embroidery thread to a larger ring (calabash shaped shower curtain rings) when sorting colours - and these were by far and away the most cost effective option.

I needed to price things for a craft show. I had been making my own tags and cutting and tying my own string but this is so time consuming! I came upon these while looking for pre-cut price tags and thought I'd give them a try. They are almost perfect! Not only are they so easy to use, they are much faster than strings! I had used plastic snap lock loops before because they are so easy to use but they just don't look very nice for handmade items. These look good and are easy. I'll probably also use them to tag things for my next garage sale. So glad I found these.

Good value for money. Some are duller than others. Perfect size for my needs. Easy to clip and unclip. Appearance is nice. Packaged nice.
