These bags are moderately thick, zipper top works but requires gentle handling, basically as described. My only complaint is that they are long and narrow, which prevents them from being useful for sheet or towels sets unless you find a way to fold or roll them exactly. Positive is very low price so I still gave them 5 stars. May be great for smaller items or toys, yarn etc.

These are absolutely fantastic! I bought one package originally because I only needed one bag to store an old newspaper. Then I realized that these are immensely useful for so many things that I want to store that don't fit in regular store size gallon bags - extra parts so I don't have to keep them in a bulky box and so bugs don't get into them in a garage or basement, clothes, small items, etc. They're nice and thick, not flimsy, so they're also great freezer bags - for example, we had a non resealable bag of frozen fish sticks and this was perfect to avoid freezer burn. I am now on my third box!

Nice large size, great for storing my yarn stash. Could come in handy for other items as well.
