Changed from 2-star to a 4-star review as the issue got solved but the design of the plug isn't perfect.The problem I had was that only one plug latched properly, the other one was loose and didn't latch at all.I've noticed that the socket on one of the devices was poorly designed and allowed the cable's plug to be inserted with a wrong orientation (180 degrees) which in turn caused a part of the plug to bend slightly and that resulted in the connector not latching.So I'm giving it 4 stars because I feel the connector should have some kind of protection against getting damaged byt the socket, but otherwise it's a very good product.
