I ordered this for my kid, who requested a pan flute for their birthday. I consciously didn't get the cheapest one, hoping that would guarantee a higher quality flute.The first one had a ripped band (the loop that holds the pipes together). Happens, I thought, but this is not a cheap instrument, so I probably got a lemon. Amazon replaced within a week.The second one seemed fine, so I wrapped it and my kid's eyes lit up on their birthday -- until, that is, we discovered that the largest pipe had a huge, long crack in it that made it completely impossible to produce any sound on that pipe.Quality control, F.Return window had closed.No way to contact the seller directly.Beware.
