So easy and fun to use. We made tarts, desserts, and mini squash with them.Love the ease of removing the pastry, just push the bottom up through the top and your set. You can either wait for the pastry to cool and then remove or use a pot holder and remove while hot. I prefer to let the pastry cool before removing.Pastry did not stick and the pans were easy to clean.

I love using these for making big batches of single-serve quiches, cheesecakes, cream pies, etc that I can freeze and have on hand for quick grab-and-go breakfasts, desserts, etc on days I just don't have the time to spend in the kitchen. They work well and are easy to pop the goodies out of with the removable bottoms. They cool fairly quickly once empty which is handy to put another crust in and refill again right away. For cream pies I fill them on a graham cracker crust and freeze them in the pan, then pop them out once frozen and refill it again, lol. These are a great buy as you get 8 complete pans total in the pack. I can arrange all 8 on one cookie sheet and either bake or freeze (in a chest freezer set sub-zero) all of them at once, saving me tons of time. In the same amount of time it takes to make one, I can make many 😉.

Where has this been all my life? None were warped or bent, which was my fear as they came in a smaller mailer bag, no box. Each mini pan has a removable bottom that sits nicely within the shell. It is smooth all around so there is no seam to worry about. The edges are not sharp on either the rings or the bottom disks so they are safe to handle right off of the bat. The dark finish will help brown crusts and I might need only a smidgeon of release to get the finished product out of the tart pan. I cannot wait to use these for the winter season of quiches and desserts!
