Comes with 3 pieces (both sides and the actual key holder). The problem with the 03 is300 keys is the small plastic part that holds the key ; it always breaks. I was able to replace that specific piece on one of my keys and for the other one I just replaced everything and it looks perfect!

Just installed these and so far they are pretty sturdy. My old fobs busted and these so far are working well. The key blade is a very tight fit but with a little work you can get it in. All the other components transferred very easily. I bought this for a 2008 Lexus RX 350. I think it will work for a long time.

Casi perfecto, sino fuera porque es un poco más gruesa que la original, y los botones quedan un poco undidos.

Looks and works like new - this has given a new life to the original key. Saved the significant cost of a new key. It was a tight fit into the small plastic section that holds the blade but once in that resulted in a secure fit.
