I bought this for my 1998 Acura fob that broke were the key ring attaches. It looks just the same as the fob but without the Acura name. The buttons are in the correct spots and it works great. The fit is super snug and have no worries of it falling out.

The shell for my fob is broken which I then used duct tape to keep it together. I was originally thinking about replacing the shell but this was a better and cheaper alternative. My fob works well! Feels great!

Reading reviews and seeing pictures, the product looks a bit “loose” when installed, so I delayed buying it for months. But this is not the case at all! Nice and tight fit. Adds a wonderful feel/texture to an old worn out remote like mine and the buttons work perfectly! Much to my surprise, you can still see the tiny red light when you hit a button. I absolutely love it! Great product!

Meets criteria. Packaged with battery inside for, in bubble wrap in box. Works out of the boy, but perhaps battery is weak and sometimes buttons don't immediately respond to a button command. All in all, would buy again.
