Love this. I head north after work. My commute is about 45 minutes. The sun is directly west & so annoying. Blinds me from the left side of my sunglasses. My child also likes to have her window extra shaded.

While driving your car, from the left front side window, "Have you ever felt the sunlight on your eyes and face that feels like too much sunlight?" You might try to move the visor over, but it is just "too short," and you still feel the sun on your eyes and face.This device, with easy installation, covers enough of the window, providing less sunlight for me while driving the car. Very important - "Please do not try installing this device while driving; installing this device before driving is safer." I use this device now on all sunny days while driving my car. This device helps to eliminate some (a smaller portion of sunlight) on both my eyes and my face. I would have returned this item to Amazon if it did not work well for me.

Cut it right back, to keep within the Law, added more small magnets, to toughten the garment proctor, Happy with the result,

It serves the purpose well. Magnets are secure. I’m trying to get used to the bottom of the piece that is flowing and sometimes got caught in the wind from the air vent by the window. I wish the solid black piece is a couple inches shorter because it can block the view of the left lane. I have to either bend down or pick up the solid black piece to see the left lane traffic.In addition, it can definitely get in the way when you go to the drive-through. I’m thinking I should put it in the glove box and only install it when I expect to drive with the sun on my left.

Another reviewer noted a strong chemical scent upon opening the package, and that was true. Also true was that the smell goes away after airing out.I'm a full-time rideshare driver in California, and at certain times of year the sun stays lower on the horizon. I was getting tired of sun blasting the left side of my face. I would sometimes suspend a microfiber cloth from my visor to block the sun. THIS product, however, is a far superior solution. The little magnets in the lining snap quickly to my door's sill. I had a couple of my passengers try out the second unit (they come in a two-pack), and they were equally impressed by how quickly they were to install and how foldable for storage they were.I heartily endorse this product, and would definitely buy it again.
