This tape did not work. It stuck to the iron and not the garment. The iron is now damaged. Zero stars

When we purchased a new mattress and box spring, the box spring was a lower profile than the previous one. We have a custom bed skirt in an Ultrasuede material which we wanted to continue using but it was now two inches too long. Using the hem tape was an easier solution than hand sewing the hem as it is very difficult to push a needle through. The hem tape made it easy although it took some time for the heat to penetrate the thick layers of fabric as I folded the hem up. I just kept pressing until it bonded. Very happy with the result.
