I wear a 32-33 and ordered the XL, so I literally went 2 sizes up according to the size chart and they fit exactly how I want them to fit! I ordered a lot of different jock strap brands, and they always end up feeling too tight for my private parts, even tho I went one size up using their size chart, so when I tried this brand, I went 2 sizes up and they fit fine! I want support but I don't want my nutz to feel like they are being squeezed. The whole point of getting jock straps for me is so my private parts can breath comfortably without getting hot and humid down their when working out or on hot summer days. But for some reason, most of the jock straps they sell on Amazon always have a small pouch, despite me going one size up. So if you have a lot of package down their or don't want your nutz feeling like they are being compressed too much, you may have to go 2 sizes up. Hope this helps others who are unsure what size to get. Otherwise, I am happy with these and plan to get more!

Los mejores jockstrap que he adquirido hasta ahora. Sí eres mexicano, o del biotipo latino, tal vez prefieras una talla menor a la habitual, para obtener una prenda más ajustada,siempre y cuando no tengas sobrepeso. El envío llego antes de lo estipulado.
