My tello was the first real drone I got and was a great learning tool for a beginner. Sadly over the years the batteries died and it had 2 busted props. Getting a new battery was about the same cost as the drone was new years ago so I basically let it rot in a drawer until I spotted this little kit. Now my drone is teaching my kids how to fly easily and safely.Pros:-Batteries are great as just as good as OEM-Charger is awesome-Charger doubles as storage-Props are well made-Charges quickly-You get batteries, props and charger for the cost of ONE oem batteryCons:-Slow to charge as only 2a speed.All in all its great to see my kids play with the drone that got me hooked onto drone to begin with. The tello was really ahead of its time as its ultra-durable, easy to use and has decent battery life. Its also surprisingly safe with soft props as well.

These batteries worked fine with my old firmware in the Tello, but as soon as I updated the Tello firmware, I would get a “Abnormal battery communication” error (see photo) and the drone would not fly (would not take off).
