Update: the company has contacted us and we received a new one today (THANK YOU). Hopefully we are on the right track with the item.We purchased this can opener and the first time we used it, the blade broke. I contacted the seller and they responded that they would reorder. The reorder was cancelled by them. I sent emails stating that we really only needed the blades, not the entire opener. Haven’t received a response in months. Very disappointed in the product.

I like this Commercial Can Opener. It works like almost all of these commercial can openers do. It was easy to install onto our prep table. It does take some getting used to if you've never used one of these before. I make sure I bring the blade down hard into the can before I fold the handle down and twist it. It seems durable and has been working well so far.

User friendly and can even be transported from place to place with ease. Very strong handle and components and no trouble to secure to a countertop. Cuts open larger size cans safely and efficiently. I have arthritis and I still have no problems using it, just fasten it to a sturdy base. The handle is comfortable to grip. A tough steel design that should last for years! Great for home use or in a restaurant.
