These dividers are an economical solution to keeping clothing sizes organized. They measure 5 inches long and are 2 inches wide. The diameter of the section that goes over the clothing rod is 1.5 inches. You need a top clearance from your clothing rod of a little over 1.25 inches so that they can move freely. The dividers stay upright just fine but I did have a little issue with the divider base getting caught in my wire hangers when they got close together. The dividers come with a dry erase pen that is an adorable 4 inches in length. The pen produces a dark color that is easily visible on the dividers but the dry erase feature is not desirable for being anywhere near clothes as it wipes off quite easily and could also do so on your nice clean clothes! I recommend tossing the dry erase pen and using a permanent marker or printing your own size stickers.

These were sturdy and worked well with many different clothing racks. The included dry erase marker was nice, but keep in mind that it will smudge easily if bumped. It would be ideal if the top part was a little bit taller for more visibility. Overall, these clothing dividers worked well and got the job done.

There's nothing more frustrating that when my busy day includes a gigantic basket of clean folded laundry being presented to me like a gift that I'm now supposed to stop everything I'm already doing to put away on hangers in my clothes closet.I chose white dividers for organizing all my hanging clothes so that simply by labeling them one time (with reusable markers) I've set up an easily communicable closet organizing system that's quite self-explanatory for any household help to follow through and complete the multiple steps involved in laundry day, which now include not only storing all clean linens in the linen closet, but finally can also include hanging up all the clean clothes in my closet, wrinkle-free.
