This was an exact fit for my Team Associated R/C bearing that shattered and at a fraction of the cost.

They have low-ish friction and the 20 I bought (two packs of ten) were consistent. That's all I needed. I didn't bother measuring their actual resistance because it wasn't critical for my application. Can you get better bearings? Of course! But these spin very freely for around 15 seconds with an 8oz 6in dia sphere-ish weight on a horizontal rod (nope, I didn't bother with the 'moment' math, again, non-critical for my application.)If anyone wants better data, send me 10 packs and I'll give you more measurements than you can shake a bearing at.
