I use this jock for the gym and running. The quality is superb and the fit is perfect! I only use jockstraps now for working out as they provide the best support and with minimal constrictive fabric such as compression shorts or briefs plus they allow everything to breathe! Also, helps with any pain that you may experience during exercise.

ウエストの締め付け感が良く、お尻の持ち上げ感も気持ち良いです。これこそjockstrapの定番と言えると思います。

Best active js: light but has good support. Perfect under bike shorts for long rides (and short ones too!); great for long distance running. I even wear them at gym now, since it's easier and they're so bloody comfortable. Or under shorts in summer, comfort without too much fabric and no spandex around my legs and waist. Re the 3" waist: I find this sort of support perfect. I've tried the narrower waist bands but they don't give the same strength for long-distance events. OK for gym and just wearing around.

En un producto como este lo importante es la fuerza con la que soporta y eso se consigue con un buen elástico, este suspensorio tiene soporte elástico incluso en la bolsa o pouch.
