Bought this for couple of reasons. Use this for my husband and I to do steps on daily. Also bought for my 20 year old disabled son to step up on to get into his bed. It is capable of doing three heights. It was easy to assemble. Very sturdy. It has grips that grip the floor and don’t move. This is perfect and we store it comfortably under the bed. Highly recommend for helping you build strength and health but also for a step stool for unstable people.

I needed this after having a knee replacement. I weigh 250 pounds and found this exercise step to be quite sturdy and stable with the wide legs. It's also quite light and easy to tote around. There were a couple of things I didn't like, but they don't impact the quality of the product. First, it would be nice if the platform was just a couple of inches wider. It worked for me, but I would have felt better about stepping on and off with just a couple of extra inches. Secondly, the legs are a little cumbersome. If you're not using the extra ones, they tuck in underneath the platform, but they are connected to the platform and each other kind of like Legos. It works and it's very stable, but a little hard to get apart once their together. All things considered, I think it's a great exercise step for the money and I would happily recommend it.
