Decent replacement for brother label printers

Got this for my daughter's label printer, and she goes through it relatively quickly... LOL. Labels everywhere in her playroom. We've had no issues getting it to work with the labelmaker, and it seems to represent a good value. The cartridges are plug and play with no fitment issues. I can't speak to removal (yet), but she's labeled a lot of her toys, knick-knacks, and plastic drawers in her playroom.

I've been organizing and printing out a bunch of labels with my Brother P-touch so I needed refills. I just tested the new cartridge, and everything printed out fine. I was having trouble peeling the backing off from the corner until I realized there's a split seam down the center. If I fold the label in half horizontally, the backing comes off nicely. Happy with these substitures rather than paying for the Brother versions.

I am on my fourth set of these and no issues - no stuck tape midway through a print or any problems popping them in or out of my label maker. Good choice.

I've gotten a chance to test a few of these clone labels. I haven't found any that match the OEM as far as clarity and resistance to fading from fingerprints, humidity and sunlight. But I gotta say this one comes the closest so far.The cartridge fits perfectly into my PTM95. I noticed that unlike many of the generic tapes I've gotten this one has a glossy finish, which I prefer. The thermal printing is nice and dark. There is split backing to make the label easier to separate, something that people are still complaining that the OEM doesn't have.I definitely noticed less fading compared to other generic tapes I've used, but the OEM is still superior here. If you need labels that will last a long time and take a lot of abuse, I'd still go with the original even at the higher price point. But if you just need quick, temporary labels to stick around the house, these will do just fine.
