recibi el producto muy bien la bateria fue compatible con mi dell Inspiron 15 5000 series todo bien asi que si piensas adquirir una de estas son muy compatibles verifica bien tu modelo y el tipo de bateria, modelo y voltaje y listos saludos ug

ya la instalé EN MI laptop DELL INSPIRON 15 5570 y hasta el momento TODO BIEN, trae 2 desarmadores y una Cuña, para abrir la LAPTOP (lo cual me parece excelente) ya que estaba buscando una cuña de ese tipo. Llego en BUEN TIEMPO Y BIEN PROTEGIDA, EXCELENTE VENDEDOR.
