To remove the old rear wiper. At the base (plastic area where the blade rotates on window to wipe) after carefully releasing the tab on each side the 2inch long plastic housing slides to the right (opposite the blade area) many videos show it pops up after releasing the tabs but that’s not for the 2020 Toyota Highlander. After the housing is slid back a 1/2” or so, you can fully lift the blade area up. Then take the blade itself and turn it clockwise (there’s a click noise when it’s free of its regular position) after it clicks and is semi released, turn the blade back counterclockwise while slightly pushing to the lower left to release blade from the mount. Do opposite to install new blade.
