Even though I have a real JST crimper, (Expensive!) it is a pain when you have to do a whole bunch at once. The crimps are high qaulity and a good value for the money.

I commonly use these connectors for supplying power or for fans. In those cases, having one red and one black wire is perfect. Also, if only a short connection is required, then the length of the cables is ok too.After looking over the product and checking that the wires are secured, I found no issues. What you get is exactly what they advertise. I also buy these in bulk that have no wires attached due to the fact that I often need longer wires or wires of a different color.But I think that most hobbyists don't want to fiddle with making up their own wires so this method is best for them. You can easily extend the wires if necessary. I'm just not a fan of doing that.Now the female connector is designed to be mounted on a PC board, but it's also very easy to solder wires to them with a bit of heat shrink insulation to make a wired female connector. Therefore, this set of JST 2.0 connectors are great for both methods.I can find no negative issues with these connectors and therefore give them a 5-star rating.

Excellent bulk batch of headers and plugs for any hobbyist. Great for arduino or just custom fun circuits. Easy to solder on and use.

If you know what these are, then you know what they'll do. They perform as expected, so not much else to say there.With regard to their construction, they seem to be well manufactured. I haven't inspected the entire quantity, but a random pull of about 25 found no loose connector plugs or bent pins. I like that the cables have pre-stripped ends and that the kit includes both male and female connector caps.Considering these are under 0.17𝇍 a set (as of the time of this writing), I feel it's a good deal for keeping an inventory of these commonly used hobby parts on hand. Happy to recommend.
