I had a problem with my Polaris Ranger overheating and determined I needed a new thermostat. I came across this one and it fit perfectly and resolved my overheating issues. It was an easy install with simple tools.

I was having an overheating issue and narrowed it down to the thermostat not opening. It was easy enough to change on my 570 full size as it’s right on top. I was worried that the gasket might be a bit small (it’s smaller than factory) but no issues or leaks after tightening everything down. A couple test rides confirm that my Ranger is operating as it should again. Definitely going to keep a spare one of these in my box of parts.
