Overall this did the job that I wanted it for. The size was correct for the pipe and everything. However, I noticed that when I tried to put it together in the hole I put in the gutter, it would not clasp together correctly because there was no gap left between the 2 pieces to allow for the thickness of the existing gutter. Not sure how else I can say this to make sense. I ended up having to cut the lip of this off slightly to allow for it to clip together. I'm sure this description is as clear as mud. Overall for the price you can't beat it if you are trying to add a 3" PVC downspout to an existing gutter. Just be aware that you may have to modify it slightly when you try to clamp it on.

Finally, I had this installed today and it worked out better than planned. I am happy. This little downspout is unlike any other as I want everything to flow down and not trapped above in the gutter. This requirement alone makes this part very useful and exactly what I wanted. I am very happy.

These make connecting pvc tubing to drain gutter easy and don't leak. Very easy to mount onto gutter. I use these to connect 2" pvc tubing from my gutter to rainwater tank but 3" pvc could also be used.
