Well built, low profile, some issues.Keep in mind intent. This is a walkabout low-profile lens. I tested this on my Sony FX3 (A7SIII equivalent).The lens is well constructed. The focus ring moves very smoothly. It's a manual focus only lens. There's an included focus wrench for those who find that convenient. It also comes with a pouch and a spec sheet manual.The lens is fixed aperture f5.6 so you'd be making lighting adjustments with shutter, ISO, or ND filter. As a wide fixed aperture lens, it's easy to keep everything in focus as it's deep depth of field.The issues I had were noticeable vignetting and the images were on the soft side. Even for a simple lens, I wish it handled both a bit better.It's great for keeping your full-frame camera as thin and unobtrusive as possible. These days a good smartphone camera with one of the better apps will give you far more control and better-quality pictures at a similar wide angle. Perhaps the lens serves its purpose if you practicing or don't have your smartphone with you. Back when smartphones didn't exist this lens might have had a greater purpose. Even then I'd have wanted less vignetting and a sharper image.Perhaps this lens would be good to use on a gimbal but again the flaws limit its value there as well.The price and build quality are great if you do need a wide full-frame walkabout lens.

Die Stärke dieses Objektivs liegt ganz deutlich im Preis, leider ist das auch die einzige wirkliche Stärke.Ganz klar, es funktioniert, es ist für Vollformatkameras geeignet, in meinem Fall eine Sony A7III, aber in puncto Bildqualität leider auch dem Preis entsprechend.Die Bildschärfe hält sich sehr in Grenzen. Ich ging davon aus, dass man durch die Festbrennweite und den Verzicht auf Autofokus Kosten eingespart hat und dennoch eine einigermaßen akzeptable Bildqualität erreicht. Allerdings ist das meiner Meinung nach nicht so gut gelungen.Was ebenfalls sehr auffällt, ist die deutliche Vignettierung zu den Rändern hin. Dieser Effekt kann in der Nachbearbeitung korrigiert werden, aber ich hatte bisher noch kein Objektiv, bei dem das so stark ins Auge gefallen ist wie bei diesem.Für mich ist das eher ein Objektiv, das man sich günstig kauft, um auszuprobieren, ob man in diesem Brennweitenbereich fotografieren möchte, es dann wieder verkauft und sich ein ordentliches Objektiv zulegt.Ganz klar, der Preis ist wirklich günstig, aber für ernsthaftes Fotografieren in meinen Augen nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen. Ich würde fast so weit gehen und sagen, dass ich in diesem Brennweitenbereich mit dem Handy bessere Bilder mache.Von mir gibt es daher auch nur 3 Sterne. Der Preis ist sehr gut, die Bildqualität aber leider sehr enttäuschend. Ehrlich gesagt, hatte ich schon mit dem Gedanken gespielt, nur 2 Sterne zu vergeben, allerdings ist die Verarbeitung dann auch soweit recht ordentlich, sodass ich mich für 3 Sterne entschieden habe, zumal der Preis auch wirklich sehr weit unten angesetzt ist. Eigentlich wären zweieinhalb Sterne die richtige Bewertung, das geht aber leider nicht.

Objektiv ist okay, konnte jedoch nicht wirklich überzeugen.Bilder sind kaum scharf zu bekommen, egal mit welcher Distanz.

I'm not a professional photographer, just an enthusiastic amature with access to a good freind's camera, so my terminology may be very wrong. This lens has a kind of hazy look to the pictures it takes; kind of old fashioned and soft-edged. I don't think I'd use it for serious photography, but it's fun to play with.
