First of this does not include instructions I had to search pretty hard for instructions to the Dorman version(which I included and it installs the same but from what I gather is way higher quality) but once u get the door panel off it's not that hard of a job. Ignore the part where it suggests to use a angle grinder with a flap disk to remove the wax rivets from the factory as there is definitely not enough room for the standard 4 1/2 inch angle grinder. Doubt even a flap disk Dremel would work. I chose to use the 7/32 drill bit and after drilling out the center for the wax rivets most of them were already free from the door panel. Some of them I had to chisel at with a flathead like the instructions suggest(although they do not chisel off very easy so be careful, it is wax so heat em up a little before trying to chisel) I didn't completely remove all the wax but the included screws were long enough that it shouldn't be an issue. The included screws are kinda a puzzle to put together as there was 3 different sizes included in mine. But with common sense there are easy to figure out. After installing my main major concern is the piece doesn't quite line up as good as factory. Included in my review is pics of the gaps left after fully installing. It's not that huge of a deal compared to the issue of a shattered door handle that I'm sure mostly everyone buying this product is trying to fix. So it definitely does the job this issue just may bug u like it does me. Only other issue is 1 of the screws did not line up very well at all and went in kinda crooked but did tighten down and should work. Overall this is totally worth it vs buying a new door panel so I'm glad I found this product!

I had already purchased these to repair the cracked OEM door grab handles / armrest. These are pretty easy to replace (took less than 3 hours with help from YouTube. Makes your doors look new again. These are much more reinforced than the GM original part so I am sure will outlast my trucks.
