After getting stopped and getting a warning about my burned out light, I stopped and grabbed a replacement bulb. I changed it when I got home and still the tell-tale rapid click/linking on my dash. Tried the bulb in the other blinker and it worked fine. I feared having to track down an elusive short somewhere, but on a lark, switched the sockets. The problem followed the socket; Less than $13 dollars and 24 hours later, and everyone knew where I was going, as opposed to telling me where I could go.

First, excessive force was needed to install the bulb. Then excessive force was needed to install the socket in the headlight assembly. Then once installed both sockets did not work. I took the bulbs out and they were fine. Not sure what's up with these but the the specs are off somehow. You should'nt need a pliers to seat them and it should be relatively east to inseret the bulbs.Unfortunatly for me I'm beyond the return window.
