¿Por qué el portátil no reconoce la batería?
Comprueba si la unidad de batería está en condiciones normales, si no, descarga el software del driver correspondiente para actualizarPodría ser causado por la batería suelta. Vuelve a instalar la batería y asegúrate de que el cable de la batería y la interfaz de la placa base estén firmemente insertados. Tal vez debido al material conductor dañado que la placa base del portátil y la posición de contacto del ánodo de la batería y el cátodo, puedes intentar confirmarlo con tu batería original.

Put this in my macbook, powerd on and immediately my system reports service battery. I ran it until it discharged, charged it back up to full, reset the smc and the message is still there.Coconut battery reports this batter is from january 2021, says it is 1302, days old and reports its condition as fair. While it does show it should reach full capacity, the fact that the system is reporting this, tells me this battery is not new, but a refurbished or rebuilt battery using an some old battery chip to that effect.Seeing others with 5 star ratings tells me that I either got a defective battery or they didnt have the service battery message or the software to check the battery condition.I would not buy this again. Likely I will swap in my prior battery that I replaced in here a few years ago, even though it does not have full capacity, it doesnt report fair condition or to service the battery.

I've replaced some batteries in 2010-2011 Macbook Air's and those were very easy as well as batteries on at least 60 Windows laptops and those were easy as well. However, this battery took quite a bit more time and needed additional tools not included in this kit.This kit includes the battery back (made in China) and two pentalobe screw drivers in sizes T3 and T4. The two screw drivers are enough to remove the back case and all the screws needed to replace the battery, but you will also need adhesive remover and some gentle pry tools. I used a guide from iFixit for the tear down/reassembly along with several old credit cards and Surface Safe GooGone to soften the very strong battery pack adhesive and the cards to gently pry the battery pack loose. GooGone probably isn't the best adhesive for this task as it leaves an oily film and isn't as effective as those found in electronic repair kits, but it was what I had on hand and it worked; albeit a little more effort, patience and clean up.I'd say removal of the old battery was definitely the most challenging part of this repair and I took my time so as to not pierce the battery pack and cause a potential melt-down or fire. Re-installation of the new battery was easy, except for maybe the battery connector to the main board which was stiff and I was afraid to damage it. In all, I probably spent about 1.5 to 2 cautious hours on the task; with the majority of the time on battery removal.Once everything was back together, I booted up the Mac and checked the Battery and confirmed that the capacity had been restored and that there were no obvious issues. Only time will tell how long the battery lasts and if it starts to swell or fail prematurely. For now, it's working well but I'll update this review if issues arise sooner than expected.

Very difficult to install but that’s apples fault. Otherwise it’s great. I forgot how good the battery life could be.

Battery fit well and it was fairly easy to install. Here are a few things to consider when installing it:- Fully discharge your old battery before removing to help prevent any firesfailure.- Use plenty of isopropyl alcohol to help soften the adhesive. I was able to remove all of the old cells without bending them. I used an old credit card as a prying tool.- Lay the new battery in the old's location and make sure all fits well before removing the application pads on the double sided tape.- The only thing I had to reuse from the old one was the rubber isolators (this new battery didn't come with them). They could be a pain to remove but using some sharp tweezers helped a lot.- Calibrate after install. I am unable to post the links but there are some good guides if you do a quick search.Battery functions well and as expected. It reports slightly higher capacity than stock. Now if only my 9 year old Macbook was a bit more power efficient.....
