I'm pleased with the quality and price point for this item. I've taken it for a 'test drive' a couple of times so far. My nine year old dog responds to it well and think it will be great for us in the future. Just to note - my dog was already trained to respond to my normal whistle, but I see no reason why with the proper training any dog would benefit. I bought it because there's been a few times when I try to whistle my dog back, I'm like Daffy Duck in the old Looney Toons trying to whistle after eating a mouthful of crackers! I'm also hoping it's pitch will carry over loud ambient noise like wind and traffic. We'll see. I'm ordering a few more to have around. I do wish it came in different colors. Orange is great when I'm in the woods. I'd like something less obvious when I'm not.

Utilicé el silbato para ahuyentar/espantar/sorprender a los perros de la calle que sueltan ladridos cuando paso en bicicleta, lamentablemente no funcionó :( Pero el silbato es bueno.

Unsere Hündin hatte mit 6 Monaten dann ihren Jagdinstinkt entdeckt und da hörte sie leider auf die Stimme gar nicht mehr. Mit der Pfeife klappt es super. Vorher ein paar mal damit in der Wohnung geübt mit besonderen Leckerlis belohnen und der Hund rennt nicht mehr weg!
