Ordered this door actuator to fixing one in my vehicle which stopped working. Recently the weather has gone form needing AC on cold all say to needing the heater in the morning to cold air on the way home from work. A few days ago I went to switch between cold and hot and nothing happened. I did some research and discovered it could possibly be the door actuator. I pulled the old one out and got this one installed, I went to plug the electrical connector into the new unit but it wouldn't fit. I pulled the new actuator out and tested the plug several times. I determined the electrical pins on the new connector where not lining up. I took a pair of pliers and moved the pins away from the edge and this seemed to fix the issue. Once the connector was in the actuator worked like it was suppose to.Overall, other than needing to adjust the pins this works as it should.

The blend door actuator on my 2010 Tahoe went bad during the summer and got stuck on heat mode.I found this and installed it and now it works perfectly again.Looks just like the OEM actuator and works just the same.
