Just visually, this is a very good looking charger, and it's not heavy, especially considering that it can easily put out 200 watts, so it's a nice one for traveling with a laptop - looks good, not heavy, is powerful, doesn't weight much, doesn't take up a lot of space. Oh, and it has long enough cables to deal with airport lounges or that outlet in your hotel room that's always a long ways from the table you want to put your laptop on.As for the Omen 16-inch it's charging right now, it's plowing in the amperage (wattage, whatever, just divide/multiply by voltage for the difference) to produce what appears to me to be a very fast charge, and that is under load. Plug fits tightly into the laptop, which I can't say about the one that came before it. And that's sometimes an issue with these little round-plugs that HP uses - they're just too small and it's hard to make them a tight fit and for them to stay a tight fit. They work loose. Not usually the fault of the plug, but a slightly larger-diameter plug with a slightly less-smooth surface finish can grip better, and this one does that. It just works and feels tighter fitting; more secure.Works good and looks good. Nice charger. Recommend!
