I loved how it looks and has great quality but the color scheme is not what I wanted as shown in the picture. I thought it was fully baby blue but it's actually baby blue with seafoam green. So make sure with the colors!

I gave these five stars because they meet a coffee roaster's standards. They hold beans, period. For the seasoned roaster you know what you are getting. For those home roasters that are a) new to the game or b) needed something to hold green or roasted beans ~ guess what you found them. There are 12 which is nice for the price. They flex for a reason. You will need to get your beans back in bags or grinder hoppers or wherever. But they should flex. They keep their intended form once flexed. I do wish they had white in this quantity and price.

I own coffee export and import businesses. We export green (unroasted) coffee from Central America (Costa Rica and Panama Mostly). We also have an USA Green Coffee import business. We, like almost everyone in the wholesale coffee business use these sample trays a lot in labs for our cupping sessions, sampling testing and roast profiling of various coffee in our lab.But, I also use then around the house a lot too. I have them in my workshop, our kitchen and well, every where you can imagine.That is because while they are very light in weight, they are firm enough to retain their shape and carry a bit of weight of material without deforming. You can bend up the sides to use them almost like a funnel. And they stack together perfectly, taking up very little space. A stack of 50 trays only take up a few inches in height.

Although the table skirt was really pretty it did not go all around the table as pictured. I used it on a table for 4 people and did not even cover half of the table. Will be returning.

These are perfect trays that fit my use. I can serve my ground coffee into a portafilter with this tray which is different from a stiff and thicker tray. It will break eventually but I need this flexibility to bend a tray to serve my ground coffee into a portafilter.
