This is the first time I've tried flat-back earrings so maybe this is normal but I've been wearing earrings for 35 years and I found these pretty difficult to put on. They are small in size which doesn't help.I will say that when I finally got these on they have held on well, been wearing them for more then 2 weeks straight, including showering and sleeping with them and they are still secure.I have no indication of irritation or any kind of reaction to these either but I don't have particularly sensitive skin so it's rare I have a problem with that.Overall these have interesting designs and are certainly a good value for the price.

Just as advertised, non-irritating, pretty and easy to put on (in terms of screw on backs). As should be expected, the earrings are very small and minimal which I personally like, but just pointing that out if you don’t pay as close attention to the size!I’m pretty happy with these, they go on just like any other flat-back screw-on earrings I have and look great. The quality seems pretty good, you can tell the gold is a coating only because of the screw part. Obviously the coating quality can only be tested with time so we’ll see how that goes, but it seems to be good so far!I’m HIGHLY sensitive to nickel and haven’t gotten any irritation from these, so I can at least say there is no nickel in the coating or any other part that touches your skin.I’ve had these in for over 2 days now and am pretty happy with them as in I can barely tell they are there! Sleeping you can kinda tell but it’s not bothersome like normal earrings. No issues with backs falling off, just make sure you screw them on tight as with any screw on jewelry!Overall very happy with these and will be my daily earrings from now on! My last “hypoallergenic” flat-back gold earrings ended up having nickel under the plating, so I had to get rid of those. So happy to have some again, and they seem like they’ll last! I’ll try to update if the coating starts going quickly.The only cons I would say, that are barely even cons, is the length of the bars and being packaged a little weird. These are regular length bars which tend to stick out a bit when you have flat backs. I to prefer shorter ones but that’s hard to find. Then they came in baggies but split up weird, like the jeweled hoops each had their own bag and the rest were split between 2 bags? Doesn’t affect the product, just extra packaging and plastic that isn’t needed. But still highly recommend!

Very cute. Haven’t hurt my ears or tarnished, and I have very sensitive ears. I took one star away because they are very small. A lot smaller than it looked imo. But they are still sure cute!

I got the twist on flat backs because I didn't want to lose the backings by accident and they seemed flatter than the push on ones. This is probably obvious but make sure they're screwed on all the way! I've already lost a back because I thought it was on completely but apparently not. They're also hard to get on. It doesn't help that I have stubby thumbs (Brachydactyly type D), so maybe if you have normal fingers and decent dexterity it'd be fine. I'm sure it's nothing this company did in particular, just that flat screw ons are hard for me to use. Still, next time I'll probably go with the push ons.They are super comfortable! I always forget they're in. Even wearing ON ear headphones is comfortable!! Sleeping and general wearing is of course comfortable too. It makes me never want to wear any other type of earrings again! And they do seem to be hypoallergenic because some earrings cause my holes to turn black ish but these don't.I like the variety of designs and the comfort can't be beat. They fit normal earlobe hole sizes (20 gauge). $17 also seems reasonable for 8 pairs of earrings. Highly recommend!
