I was thinking that the way the shoe was cut would be flattering, but on me it wasn't. The part that goes higher also rubbed on my ankle a bit. Maybe for someone with thinner feet/ankles it would be ok and not cause running. Tried 7 and that was too small and 7.5 and that was too long.

Wow is the word to describe these booties. They are well made. Stylish and comfortable. I was able to wear them throughout the whole day without my feet sending me home earlier than I’d intended to return.

Fits snug with socks, but a size larger than normal is a very good fit to walk in during cold weather.
