This is perfect. The bottom strap is great incase your toddler does some wild stunt into the pool, it won't come flying off. Coast Guard Approved, don't settle for some knock off when it comes to your child's safety.

My daughter is 4 and on the lower end of the weight range for this vest but it still fit great.!
