This COSTAPARTAY Airsense 10 Water Chamber turns out to be a nice option for my RezMed Air Sense 10, N20. To look at it, it's pretty much spot on the same as my original. Same shape, size, design, and method of usage. Plastic looks and feels the same - or at least very close to the point of not being able to see any difference. There are one or two small differences we can see: the line on the side for water levels is harder to see and I think it's set to show off set lines, with MAX as the top. My wife fills it far more often than I do, but we both find it hard to see. I had to use the magnifier on my phone to find it. We can't remember how tight/hard the clips were to lock/open when we got it a few years ago, but this one is tight - not that it's a bad thing. Actual usage is exactly the same and so far I have zero issues or differences. We are both pleased with the find.

Check prices! Currently, you can pay about $6-$8 less for a Resmed OEM here on Amazon. You can pay even less elsewhere if you place a large enough order to get free shipping.Function is identical and appearance is almost the same (*see below) as a Resmed OEM humidifier water chamber for the Airsense 10, Aircurve 10 and Airstart 10 models.I have 2 issues though - the price (-1 star) and this Costapartay replacement water chamber is the older version with a heating plate that covers the entire bottom of the irregular square tank (-1 star). Resmed has since updated the water tank with a circular heating plate to fix the leaking problems with the square plate many people experienced.There's always a worry a 3rd party replacement product won't function as well as the OEM part (CPAP air filters can be especially bad!)I can confirm this Costapartay Airsense 10 water chamber fits the machine perfectly and works as it should, with no discernable difference from a Resmed OEM water chamber.* Appearance differences:1) The fill markings on the side are are not black like on the Resmed OEM humidifier tank. Instead they're clear against the semitransparent side wall. Still quite legible in good light.2) There is no "HumidAir" engraved on the chamber lid above the fill markings. And, no engraved square with a "C" or "S" inside next to HumidAir like the OEM water chamber has. Without the letter, I think it's safest to assume this Costapartay replacement is a "S"standard, and not a "C"leanable, dishwasher-safe water chamber.3) As mentioned above, the Costapartay humidifier water chamber doesn't have a circle heating plate like those manufacturered by Resmed for the last ~3 years. Both versions have the same Resmed part number, function the same, and both are compatible with all Airsense 10, Aircurve 10 and Airstart 10 machines, no matter the year of manufacture. There was so much stock of the old version, it was sold widely until early 2024 (and later by some vendors,) so the tank bottom of this Costapartay replacement may or may not look like you expect.

Fair price for the Airsense 10 water chamber so you don't need to wait for insurance to replace. You could also use it to store gold bullion since no one would think to look there! Don't forget to remove the gold before using!

Got this as a replacement standard tub water chamber for my Airsense 10 CPAP machine (substitute for part number 37299 from ResMed). Works as expected and the fit is good although slightly tighter that the original. Happy with this substitution.

Perfect replacement for Resmed Airsense 10 water chamber. No leaking, no air gaps, fits correctly. Was shipped quickly wrapped in bubble wrap. No damage when it arrived.These chambers tend to leak after a certain amount of time, especially the original ones that came from Resmed. I find the replacement chambers to last much longer.Very pleased with this particular item. Great price. Would order again.
