Installation sucks. Only came with 4 plastic dry wall anchors. Two of the screws stripped inside. Just spun. Didn't even over tighten them. Plus the measuring and leveling. My previous one mounted to the wood studs itself which made life easier. Once I had it up and worked the wires in the bottom bracket worked it's way loose from the drywall anchors. So we bought more anchors to fix it. The unit seems to run well though but I'll see over time how long this one lasts. Only a 1 year warranty as well, doesn't seem like this company has much faith in their product.

I would just like to say besides the little bit of cost and wiring this is the best investment we have made in a long time for the first time since we've owned our home for 4 years I'm able to fill my garden tub full of hot water and enjoy a bath I can shower at the same time my daughters are showering at the other end of the house with no issues this has been a great investment! I would definitely give it five stars

Our initial hot water heater malfunctioned after about 7 months, but they replaced it after some troubleshooting. Customer service was very nice and responded very quickly to al my emails. Its important to have great service because no product is perfect.

We order this tankless water heater and wanted to use it but we had to send back because we didn’t have room in our breaker box to upgrade. The one we have runs off 1 breaker and this one needed to run off of 3 breakers

This tankless water heater was a great buy, arrived on time, and pulled us out of a pickle. Considerably easy to setup if you know what you're doing.
