Reviews for this product were high, on Amazon and beyond, but I hesitated to purchase because of the "Frequently Returned" notice. I think I know why. I went through a dozen PDF readers on my Samsung A7 tablet (running Android 13) before I found one that worked with this page-turner. That app was MobileSheets. Not free at $16, but full of features and very well supported (based in info searches I did to figure out its page-advance settings). As for the pedal itself, it is easy to set up, sturdy, and the foot switches are robust and quiet. As others have noted, the switches are stiff, so might be tough to use on a thick carpet, but I'd rather have that than risk accidental presses. Also, I've seen criticism about the page turn delay with this class of pedal, but I think that must be app dependent - going to the next page takes about a half second; scrolling down in landscape mode itakes about a second, in my experience.

The pedal is nicely made, works well. The only drawback is a slight delay when turning pages on my iPad Pro12.9

As a musician using an iPad for my music, this is great. I can flip pages with a stomp of a foot back and forth. Easy to connect via Bluetooth. Great value
