15 ft long and it is extremely flexible and probably the best 15 ft two prong cord I've ever had😁 and I will buy more

Only 3-3/4 dia with wrong size hole! The green left a residue that was difficult to remove

These are a 4" disc, not a 4.5" disk. I don't know what size arbor a 4" grinder has because frankly, I've never seen one, and didn't even suspect it was a thing until these showed up and didn't fit my standard 4.5" grinder. Super lame. Turn the nut around, hope they self center reasonably well, because they are loose on the arbor and the center is too small to register on the wheel the normal way, turn it on and stand back. Well they didn't fly apart, were reasonably centered, enough not to wobble too much, and after about 45 seconds of light rust removal, the disk was toast. So.... Unless you have a 4" grinder, or whatever these are supposed to fit, and you don't plan on actually doing anything with them, I would pass.

I usually use flap discs or stripping discs on steel, but these are a little different. Sometimes those can be a little too aggressive and scratch or gouge too easily. That's kinda where these fit it. They're not best run at super high RPM's so, like the other reviewer said, these are better on a variable speed grinder. Run a little slower, they're great for finish up work. Nice to have in an arsenal of discs.
