I thought I'd try this but was really not confident. I thought it would be like those cooling pillows that because of the insert (case) was cool at first then retained your heat.Surprise! It really is cool and stay cool. I laid on it for 10 minutes and I was cooler (my dog was too crazy knowing he had a gift and was just jumping around). It seems to have some kind of gel in it but it's not gel and it doesn't move around.It is heavy though but very large. It is also thin and I'm not sure it will give some cushiony support but it is a wonderful thing if you care for your dog (or cat).This will be perfect in summer for my dog to lay on when we go outside

My wife likes them and they seem to stay up for her. Soft and sheer to complete the "costume".

My dog is a corgi and I was surprised to see that they were accurate with their photos, she fit it just as much as the dog in the photo did! She also LOVED it! It's super cute and she always needs a new pad every year or so as they do dry out somehow (she runs hot and needs it all summer long even inside the house as she's just so hot always) and they can get scummy no matter how much you wipe them down. I saw this and though how cute! They are usually just like pool patterned or something blue. I opened it under her watchful eye and the second I laid it out she hopped right on and laid down! So I think that is all you need to know! Took and IMMEDIATE nap because she hasn't had one of these since winter started and it is April now, so clearly she missed it!From my perspective what is different about this one is there feels like there is a foam pad in there, but it is also a little kind of crunchy, but not hard, it's hard to explain but feels like how squeezing watermelon would feel, only it goes back to being 'solid' instead of just turning to water in your hand. SO what I am saying is there's support in there and seems like they put their gel in a foam to maybe keep it from slopping to one side like a lot of gel only ones will do (like sleeping on a waterbed when the water goes everywhere but under you), and either way, it's all dog approved!

Good quality mat and is a good thickness so seems comfortable and and noticeably effective cooling mat that will really help your pet during the heat.It seems quite tough and durable, our pups previously managed to chew through previous cooling mats - hopefully they'll do it less this year!

I have a few cooling mats that I left in various parts of the house last summer, so I know they work well. The materials used are similar with the cooling polymer gel as the main material for cooling. The only difference is the thickness of the foam and how durable the outer fabric is. I really like this one from Ownpets, the foam is quite thick, which is good for my older poodle. The quality seems very good, and I intend to bring this one outside with me when I garden this summer, since she stays close by regardless of the temperature and there’s not that much shade in the garden area. I like that this pad is waterproof, so I’ll just be able to hose it clean if I get any dirt on it. For now, she likes lying on the mat by the glass door with the sun streaming in… she’s happy with the mat… so I’m happy.

My male absolutely loves this thing. Lays on it constantly.Just make sure it's not where it can be stepped on by humans...it's slippery and you fill slip and fall lol

These are really cute, vibrant and soft. They roll down though, because I have big thighs. I figured this would happen and just rolled them down to my knees. Looked great with my velma costume

It’s so hard to find thigh highs that stay up. They stayed up for a little while but they did eventually fall down below my knees. I had to adjust it a couple times throughout the night. The socks are thin and also sheer. I could see my tattoos through them

Las medias son como vienen, son suaves y estiran mucho. Son muy cómodas, las recomiendo
