Tried chemically dissolving it to make a copper patina solution (copper acetate) for a project. It’s some kind of alloy but def not pure copper. Didn’t dissolve at all. Used a copper plumbing elbow from the hardware store and that turned to a solution immediately.

This stuff is really easy to work with and form bezels with and it solders up pretty easily. My one huge issue is the height. I didn’t really think to double check if it would be tall enough to wrap most of my stones. I’ve had a few stones I haven’t been able to use this with because of the height of the cut.Not a big deal overall I just wish they sold a version that was taller
