This risotto spoon scoops up the perfect serving size of risotto. I gently slides off the spoon onto the plate or low bowl. It Is designed for presentation and looks lovely at the table. It is a little pricy by American standards but by Italian quality industrial design standards I think this is a good deal. I would buy this again and I bought it for its simplicity. I was looking for a risotto stirring spoon when I saw this. This is a serving spot for risotto. I am so happy I bought this, too. It is a quality product that should last you a lifetime.

Was soll man zum Löffel sagen. Hat dem Empfänger auf Anhieb in Art und Form gefallen und wurde unmittelbar eingesetzt..

This is a typically beautiful Alessi design. Very functional for serving traditional risotto. The spoon comes beautifully packaged. Great wedding gift idea.
