Installed in a 2006 Toyota Matrix XR. Supplied mounting bracket did not fit, but I was able to remove the reservoir from it and reuse the original OEM bracket with the new reservoir. Reservoir cap was included as expected. No additional hoses or hardware supplied. Fit and finish is otherwise good and it paired up with the OEM hydraulic hoses and clamps without difficulty.

It fit on my 2004 Corolla minus the bracket. I needed to use the old bracket that I took off. Hence the 4 star rating.

It is nice and soft carpet. I just wish it was a little wider since the tail is a little to thin to trust not to slip.
